A lavish wedding is being given away at the Sedona Bridal Show and Northern Arizona Wedding Expo worth more than $40,000!!

First the details of the Sedona Bridal Show; Brides and Grooms will meet on January 16th at 6:30AM for a limo bus ride to Sedona. Sedona Wedding Planners will be on each bus to detail the day’s events and the wedding opportunities in Sedona and Northern Arizona. The busses, provided by White Tie Limousine, Intl., will be leaving promptly at 8:00 AM. All brides going to Sedona with us will be entertained by Curtis Whipple DJ, gourmet coffee drinks by Espresso Subito, and a catered breakfast at our staging area. Or you can make your way up in your own car if you don’t want to do the limo bus thing.

Sedona is only 90 minutes from North Phoenix and a beautiful drive this time of year! After all, this is a three day weekend and our hotels are offering a special overnight package for the attending brides and their group that would like to spend the night; because the second day of the show is the Wedding Venue Tour.  You will be limo-bussed to the different venues that are available in Sedona for your wedding and get a chance to see what they can offer for your special day.  So have some fun and make an extended weekend of it; make your reservations today.

Couples will be taken to L’Auberge,( Amara,) Los Abrigados, and Tlaquepaque to visit with the vendors and to register to win a $50,000 lavish wedding!! This is a fabulous high end wedding giveaway. We are talking incredible vendors providing their services to the couple who wins. So here are the participating vendors and what they are providing:

It’s $15 per person or $20 per couple for those who drive themselves up. It is only $25 per person or $35 per couple for those who want to come up in the luxury limo busses. The Sedona Bridal Show Agenda

Instructions and Agenda for the day:

For those brides and their friends that will be going with us to Sedona, the Sedona Bridal Show will begin at CityCenter of City North Shopping Center parking lot located at the 101 and 56th Street (From Sky Harbor International Air Port to City North, Take State Route 51 north. Connect onto Loop 101 east. Exit at 56th Street, turn left. Go to the first traffic signal and turn left onto Deer Valley Drive. From Scottsdale Municipal Airport, take Scottsdale Road north to loop 101 west. Exit at 56th Street, turn right. Go to the first traffic signal and turn left onto Deer Valley Drive.)

Once at City North the official send-off will begin at 6:30 am. The Wedding Chronicle will provide a DJ/Master of Ceremonies; Curtis Whipple, gourmet coffee by Espresso Subito and breakfast treats by a renowned caterer.

 

Brides and their guests will be transported in limo busses. Busses will promptly leave at 8:00 am, no exceptions. During the ride to Sedona, a wedding planner from Sedona will be on each bus to explain the wedding give-away and to relay information about beautiful Sedona. If you miss the bus, sorry but NO REFUNDS NO CHILDREN.

The fee for transportation on the limo busses is $25/person or $35/couple, (cash only at the departure area).

If you choose to drive to Sedona, go directly to Tlaquepaque and pay $15 per person and $20 per couple (cash only at the door) for your entry. You may also pay on-line in advance at www.SedonaBridalShow.com.

(To get to Tlaquepaque from Phoenix/Scottsdale Area Take I-17 North toward Flagstaff, Leave I-17 at exit 298 (Hwy 179), Drive 15 miles into Sedona and crossover the Oak Creek Bridge, Tlaquepaque is on the immediate left hand-side of the road.)

Popular Phoenix radio stations KISS 107 FM and MIX 96 FM are sponsoring a contest for a honeymoon at Albineau Lodge in Flagstaff.  The contest will run on-air from Sunday, January 9th through Sunday, January 16th, so tune in for your opportunity to win your honeymoon. Winners of the Kiss 104.7 & Mix 96.9 radio station contest will be announced at the Bridal Show on January 17th; you must be present at the show to win the honeymoon.

The Bridal show will be staged at (Amara), L’Auberge de Sedona, Tlaquepaque, and  Los Abrigados. Brides and their guests will be able to go back and forth between the venues at set intervals every 30 minutes on White Tie Limousine Busses. The show will be conducted from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and then the brides and guests will be bussed back to Phoenix, or taken to their hotels if they are spending the night at one of our designated hotels.

During the show the attendees will be transported between the venues by White Tie Limousine, Intl. Each bride and groom will be given a contest entry form with every vendor listed on it, in a bingo style format. They must visit every wedding vendor at the show (it’s fun like a scavenger hunt) and will need to get a mark from each vendor on their contest entry form. These will be turned in at the end of the show at designated locations to be eligible for the $50,000 wedding give-away drawing.  The winner will be notified on Monday, January 31st, 2011.

Day Two: The Wedding Venue Tour

(Price for wedding venue tour is included in your ticket cost).

Be up early for this event.  Busses will be picking you up at the hotels that offered the special price packages, so make sure that you stay at one of those hotels. Departure times will start at 10:00 AM sharp and make the rounds to the other three hotels to pick up everyone touring the venues. Everyone will be required to take a limo bus for this tour; you will not be able to drive yourself.

Depending on how many venues are participating, the tour will be between 4 and 5 hours long. The venues will be staged for a reception and have food samplings, where normally provided, and handouts.

Then you will be taken back to your hotels and the brides that joined us for the limo bus ride will be taken back to CitiNorth in Phoenix.
