On a bright, crisp and sunny November weekend, Tlaquepaque was happy to host three lovely weddings. The skies were clear with a splash of color displayed by the changing leaves of the Arizona Sycamore Trees in our Village.
Rev. Janice Midliff with Ceremony of Love, performed the intimate Chapel wedding of Bernice Gonzales and Juan Elias, Jr. Janice’s motto – “we are all about the love” really showed during this beautiful Chapel wedding. The wedding was performed on Friday, November 20th in both English and Spanish surrounded by the family and friends of Juan and Bernice.
Saturday, with cooler temperatures, we were excited to host the wedding reception of Johanna Bertoldo and Terry Starner, Jr. who held their wedding ceremony within the amazing Red Rocks of Sedona on Schnebly Hill Road. The sun was shinning brightly during the ceremony. Following the ceremony, guests arrived at Tlaquepaque at 3pm for the reception on the Terrace at Patio del Norte. Heartline Cafe catered a lovely meal above the spectacular decorated fountain in Patio del Norte.
Saturday evening in the Tlaquepaque Chapel, Margaret Van Damme with Van Damme Weddings performed the lovely wedding ceremony of Miranda Wells and John Shihadeh. Flowers were provided by Mountain High Flowers, a local Sedona florist.
The weekend before Thanksgiving was wonderful here at Tlaquepaque and we couldn’t have been happier for our bridal couples. What a great time to get married in Sedona.
