Sunday, October 11, we hosted a special wedding planned through Sacred Unions. We first met Loriann Reynolds and Daniel Fischer back in April and instantly knew that they had to have their wedding at Tlaquepaque.
Lori and Daniel wanted to have a wedding quite different from their home state of New York. They loved Sedona and thought this would be the perfect place for their intimate wedding. Upon visiting Sedona, they were able to get a great wedding date here at Tlaquepaque and everything else fell into place.
Laura Lane performed a lovely wedding ceremony in the Tlaquepaque Chapel. Flowers were provided by Mountain High Flowers of Sedona. Bobby Russell of Sedona Sounds played guitar during the ceremony. Taltos Productions was hired to take photographs of the wedding. Michael David and Schelli Rothi did a great job taking the professional photographs of the wedding. I am sure Lori and Daniel will have special memories of their wedding here at Tlaquepaque.
Heartline Cafe catered the perfect wedding reception on the Patio de las Campanas. The tables were set up beneath the overhead lights at the foot of the Tlaquepaque Bell Tower. It is truly a unique venue. Bobby Russell, DJ with Sedona Sounds, played great music throughout the night and guests danced up a storm while colored lights illuminated the dance floor.
The amazing cake was created by Donna Joy, Sedona Sweet Arts. Sedona Sweet Arts was awarded the Best Cake Decorating and Best Dessert in Sedona by the Reader’s Choice 2009 through Verde Valley News and Kudos.
We were so honored and pleased to host the wedding of Lori and Daniel. We wish them the best of luck in their future.
